What is Chatham Kings?+
Chatham Kings is an adult recreational basketball organisation in Chatham-Kent, Ontario. We run men's and co-ed leagues and drop-in runs for players 18+, and we're campaigning to bring a semi-professional Basketball Super League team to Chatham-Kent.
Who can play?+
Our leagues are for adults 18 and over. Drop-in pickup runs are open to ages 16+.
Do I need a full team to join?+
No. You can register a full team or sign up as an individual free agent and we'll place you on a team.
What leagues and formats do you offer?+
Men's League, Co-Ed League, and drop-in pickup runs. Visit the Play page for current formats, nights, and fees.
Is the semi-pro team confirmed?+
Not yet — it's a goal. We're working to bring a Basketball Super League franchise to Chatham-Kent, and community support (pledges, season-ticket interest, partners) helps make the case. See Back the Dream.
Do you run youth programs?+
No. Chatham Kings is for adults. For youth basketball in Chatham-Kent, we recommend the Chatham-Kent Wildcats and Kent Basketball Academy.
