Let’s Be Clear

This Isn’t Daycare

This is a basketball development and mentorship program — not a daycare. Every afternoon is coached, structured and purposeful. Kids leave better players than they arrived, and better teammates too.

A Day With the Kings

The same shape every afternoon, so kids know exactly what to expect when they walk in.

4:00

Arrival & Check-In

Kids arrive, sign in, and get greeted by name. Bags down, shoes on, phones away.

4:15

Homework & Snack Break

A quiet block to get schoolwork done before the gym opens up. Kids bring their own snack.

4:45

Skill Development

Coached fundamentals — shooting form, ball-handling, footwork. Small groups, lots of reps, real feedback.

5:15

Games & Competition

Live play. Small-sided games where the day's skill work actually gets tested.

5:50

Team Talk & Pickup

Cool down, a short talk about effort, respect or responsibility, and out the door by 6:00.

What Your Family Gets

Every afternoon is planned, coached and accounted for.

Coached Every Day

Not supervised free play. Every afternoon has a plan and a coach running it.

Homework First

A dedicated quiet block before the gym, so basketball isn't competing with schoolwork.

Character & Mentorship

Effort, respect, accountability. The habits that matter long after the last whistle.

A Place to Belong

Small groups, consistent faces, and a coach who notices when a kid is having a rough week.

Real Skill Progress

Structured development so kids can see themselves getting better week over week.

Flexible Days

Two days, three days, or every day — pick what fits your family's week.

Good to Know

  • Kids need their own water bottle, indoor court shoes and a snack.
  • Pickup is at 6:00 PM sharp — the gym time ends when it ends.
  • Spots are capped so the coaching stays real. Registration is first come, first served.

Safety & Supervision

Handing over your kid’s afternoon is a big deal, and you should ask hard questions before you do. We’re happy to answer every one of them — how sessions are supervised, who’s in the gym, and how pickup works. Email us and ask.

Parent Questions

The things families ask before they sign up.

What ages is the after-school program for?+

Ages 8 to 14. Kids are grouped by age and ability inside the session, so a younger or newer player isn't thrown in with high schoolers and a more advanced kid still gets pushed.

Is this daycare?+

No. It's a basketball development and mentorship program that happens to run after school. Every afternoon is coached and structured — skill work, live play, a homework block, and a team talk. Kids aren't just supervised, they're developed.

What does a typical afternoon look like?+

Arrival and check-in at 4:00, a quiet homework and snack block, coached skill development, small-sided games, then a short team talk before 6:00 pickup. The shape stays the same every day so kids know exactly what to expect.

How much does it cost?+

Two days a week is $159 a month, three days is $219, and unlimited (Monday to Friday) is $299. Single drop-in days are $25 when there's space. Pricing is per child.

Do you offer scholarship spots?+

Yes. Cost shouldn't be the reason a kid misses out. We hold a number of scholarship spots funded by sponsors and community support — mention it when you register and we'll talk privately, no awkwardness.

What does my kid need to bring?+

A water bottle, indoor court shoes, and their own snack. That's it.

How do I hold a spot?+

Register your interest through the form and place a fully refundable $25 deposit. That holds your child's place in the first cohort and is credited toward your first month. If the program doesn't run, or the schedule doesn't work for you, you get it back — no questions.
